Are you an experienced Site Manager, Retrofit Manager, or Build Supervisor with a strong background in social housing energy efficiency? We are urgently recruiting a Retrofit Site Manager to take operational ownership of a fast-paced contract delivering high-volume retrofit measures across multiple social housing properties.
This role requires an independent, mobile supervisor who understands PAS 2030/2035 compliance, can confidently manage supply chains, and has a strong track record of overseeing external and internal insulation or roofing programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resident & Client Liaison: Act as the primary interface on-site, managing customer service expectations for tenants in occupied properties while delivering clear progress updates to the client management team.
Requirements:
- Sector Experience: Proven background as a Site Manager running retrofit, decarbonisation, or major external/internal refurbishment schemes within social housing, local authorities, or housing association frameworks.
- Technical Know-How: Demonstrable experience supervising multi-measure insulation frameworks (EWI, IWI, CWI, Loft) and roofing upgrades under PAS 2030/2035 guidelines.
- Mobility: Must hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence and have access to your own ULEZ-compliant vehicle to travel independently between scattered properties across Enfield.
- Certifications: Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid at Work, and CSCS Card are required.
