Join our client's dedicated Repairs and Maintenance team as a Multi Trader, making a real difference to social housing communities in Ellesmere Port.
Responsibilities of the Multi Trader:
- Complete repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing
- Joinery works, patch plastering, tiling, roofing, basic plumbing, painting and general snagging
- Work independently and professionally, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on time
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on-site
The successful Multi Trader will have:
- Experience working in social housing environments
- NVQ Level 2 in Joinery
- Clean driving license
- DBS Check
In return, the Multi Trader will receive:
- £20.27 per hour – CIS/ PAYE
- Van and fuel card
- Ongoing work
