Social Housing Electrician Area: North London Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (OTE £65,000.00) My client a leading nationwide contractor are currently seeking a number of electrical testers to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts. This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Maidstone, Kent. These positions are perm and you will be provided with a van, fuel card and materials. Works will be EICR's + remedial works. Duties: Maintenance EICRs & Remedial Works Upgrades Installation works Requirements: 18th edition 2391 Level 3 Social housing/Maintenance experience UK Driving license
