Maintenance Electrician Needed – Domestic!

Are you a skilled and dedicated maintenance Electrician looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? We’re seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team and help maintain social housing properties to the highest standards.

Position: Electrician
Location: Exeter
Salary: £20.67 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours,

Van and fuel card provided

Overtime: Saturday (time and a half) Sunday (double time)

Responsibilities for the Electrician role:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Requirements for the Electrician role:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance Electrician.
  • Strong electrical skills and ability to complete other wet trades maintenance repairs.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in social housing or similar environments.

Qualifications for the Electrician role:

  • NVQ L3 Certification
  • 2391: Test and Inspection
  • 18th Edition (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s licence.
