We're recruiting an experienced Electrical Test Engineer to join a growing technical contractor carrying out EICRs, inspection & testing, and remedial works across a portfolio of commercial properties throughout London and the South East. This role is ideal for a quality-focused engineer who takes pride in producing accurate reports, delivering high standards of workmanship, and building strong client relationships.
The Role
- Carrying out EICRs across commercial sites
- Inspection, testing, and certification works
- Producing detailed and compliant reports
- Identifying defects and recommending remedial actions
- Completing remedial works where required
- Working closely with clients and site teams
- Ensuring compliance with BS7671 and industry standards
Requirements
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Experience carrying out commercial EICRs
- Strong understanding of BS7671
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
Desirable
- Commercial remedial experience
- IPAF / PASMA
- Compliance contract experience
