Document Controller job in Dartford - supporting a fast-paced planned maintenance and decarbonisation contract for an established contractor within the social housing sector.
The Role
An established contractor is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join its team, based from its Dartford office .
You will support the delivery of a busy planned maintenance and decarbonisation programme, ensuring project documentation, compliance records and data are accurately maintained and readily available.
The role requires someone who can hit the ground running , work effectively within a fast-paced project environment and has a good understanding of planned maintenance, PAS and TrustMark compliance .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documentation, records and trackers
Ensure documents are accurately filed, controlled and kept up to date
Support PAS and TrustMark compliance requirements
Maintain documentation relating to decarbonisation and planned maintenance works
Produce and update reports, trackers and project information
Use Excel to manage and monitor project data
Liaise with operational teams and other project stakeholders
Ensure compliance documentation is complete and readily available
Support the wider project team with document control and administrative requirements
Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced project environment
Requirements
Previous experience as a Document Controller
Experience working within planned maintenance / social housing
Knowledge of PAS and TrustMark compliance
Experience supporting decarbonisation or retrofit programmes advantageous
Strong Excel skills
