We are looking for a proactive and organised Document Controller to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting a high-profile commercial fit-out project based in Uxbridge. This role offers flexibility, with two working options:
- Full-Time: 3 days in Uxbridge, 2 days in our City of London office
- Part-Time: 3 days per week based in Uxbridge only
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable contractor delivering a flagship interior project, playing a key role in managing and maintaining project documentation across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, organise, and maintain the project’s document control systems
- Ensure accurate management of all drawings, documents, and correspondence
- Distribute updated project documentation to the correct stakeholders
- Track revisions, approvals, and document transmittals
- Support audits and maintain compliance with project protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction, ideally fit-out
- Strong understanding of document management platforms (e.g., Viewpoint, Aconex, Asite)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communicator and team player
- Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple locations
