Key Responsibilities
- Managing and controlling all project documentation across multiple live retrofit and refurbishment sites
- Ensuring documents are compliant with SHDF requirements and regulatory standards at all times
- Maintaining accurate document registers, version control, and audit-ready systems
- Supporting project teams with document flow, approvals, and tracking
- Working closely with site teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination
- Preparing documentation for audits and ensuring full compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Experience as a Document Controller within construction, housing, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of document control systems and processes
