Project Administrator – Social Housing Retrofit & Energy Efficiency, Dartford, immediate start – play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery and compliance of large-scale housing decarbonisation programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across multiple SHDF-funded retrofit projects
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, compliance trackers, and records
- Coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Supporting procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and liaising with contractors
- Tracking project progress, milestones, and deadlines
- Assisting with data collection and reporting for internal teams and external funders

Requirements
