A leading Tier 1 property maintenance and fire safety contractor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its re-cladding and fire remediation projects across major housing and public sector portfolios.
This senior role will oversee the delivery of large-scale re-cladding programmes, managing multiple project teams and ensuring full compliance with building safety legislation, fire regulations, and client frameworks. You’ll play a key role in driving safe delivery, quality, and programme performance across complex, high-risk projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading re-cladding and fire remediation projects from pre-start through to completion
