Job Description
- Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial professionals as Commercial Director, providing clear direction, development and leadership across the commercial function.
- Driving the commercial performance of cladding, façade and new build residential projects across Central London as the senior commercial leader.
- Managing commercial strategy, cost control, forecasting, valuations, variations, procurement, risk and final accounts across the project portfolio.
- Working closely with the senior leadership, operations, estimating and pre-construction teams to support the successful delivery and profitable growth of the business.
- Building strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants and supply chain partners while playing a key role as Commercial Director in the continued growth of the Main Contractor.
Skills / Qualifications
- Main Contractor background with significant experience in a senior commercial management role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Director, Commercial Manager or senior Quantity Surveyor, with a strong track record of leading and developing a commercial team.
