We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Gateman to join our team on a long-term 2-year project in the Cobham area. This role involves managing site access, maintaining site cleanliness, and assisting with general upkeep duties including sweeping and jet washing.
Job Details:

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the site
- Record visitors, vehicles, and deliveries
- Open and close gates for authorised personnel and vehicles
- Safely manage vehicle and pedestrian movement on site
- Report suspicious activity or security concerns
- Sweep site areas to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Carry out jet washing of site areas and surfaces
- Keep entrances and surrounding areas tidy
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Assist site staff with general duties when required
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket required
- Valid CSCS card required
- Previous gateman or site experience preferred
- Good communication and observation skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
