Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on an iconic New Build project in Central London which is due to start in January.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have experience working for a Main Contractor and have JCT Contract experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee all quantity surveying activities from procurement to final account
- Work closely with the commercial and project teams to ensure cost efficiency
- Manage subcontractor accounts, payments, and valuations
- Report on project financial performance
- Ensure all commercial functions are delivered in line with company and project requirements
- Proven experience working on high valued New Build projects
- Experience working for a Main Contractor
