About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Mechanical to join our Building Services team in London. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operational management of large, multi-disciplinary commercial projects—including design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and handover.
You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within commercial targets, and to the highest standards of quality, governance, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure full compliance across design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.
- Add value to the design stage by challenging methods and solutions to improve buildability and reduce whole-life costs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust project controls and ensure full compliance across all stages.
- Lead project “lessons learned” and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Build, manage, and monitor end-to-end project programmes—including milestones, key deliverables, and contingency plans.
- Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of the project, including financial forecasting, CVRs, and profit-improvement plans.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading project teams on large commercial schemes in London or the surrounding areas, with mechanical/electrical package responsibility of around ÂŁ25M.
- Strong understanding of multi-discipline project interfaces and complex work sequencing.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large MEP contracts on time and within commercial parameters.
- Formal health & safety training (minimum SMSTS).
