This new and exciting Talent Acquisition role is hybrid with 2/3 days per week spent in the client's London office and will suit an individual with experience of working within the recruitment industry, ideally within an RPO setting as a Master or Neutral Vendor or a recruiter looking to move away from a delivery role into an account management position. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working as a key part of our team dedicated to our end client.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Upload, manage and progress all vacancy activities on bespoke software platform.
- Review submitted candidates, select and provide shortlists to the hiring managers.
- Liaise and gather feedback on CV submissions and arrange interviews for the hiring managers through the supply chain.
- Manage the engagement, relationship and performance of tiered agency partners.
- Provide feedback to the supply chain on submissions.
- Work closely with and foster excellent working relationships with Hiring Managers, key decision makers and supply chain partners.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the client's business and industry sectors.
- Provide updates to managers and stakeholders on the status of current campaigns and projects.
- Provide reports and conduct exit interviews with leavers.
Skills and experience:
- Experience of overseeing the end-to-end recruitment processes within an in-house or RPO, Master or Neutral Vendor environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a highly approachable, client-facing attitude.
- Ability to foster excellent working relationships with all client stakeholders.
- Experience of working within recruitment with demonstrable knowledge of working with recruitment software systems and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- Comfortable working with senior managers, clients and senior candidates.
- Previous experience maintaining application tracking systems and working with MS office packages.
