We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Product Manager to own and develop our marketing channels. This is a hands-on role combining technology platform management, digital marketing, content creation, and product ownership, with a strong focus on performance, relationships, and ROI. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, tech, and data—owning key software relationships, managing job board partnerships, and driving candidate engagement through compelling content and campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technology & Software Relationship Management
    • Own and manage relationships with marketing and recruitment technology providers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for software vendors, ensuring platforms are optimised and delivering value.
    • Identify, assess, and implement new tools to improve candidate experience and marketing performance.
  • Candidate Product Ownership
    • Take full ownership of all candidate-led products, acting as Product Owner.
    • Define product roadmaps, enhancements, and improvements based on data, feedback, and business needs.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure products align with overall brand and growth strategy.
  • Marketing & Content
    • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain candidates.
    • Create compelling content across social media, job boards, email, and digital channels.
    • Use Canva and other tools to design engaging, on-brand marketing assets.
    • Manage and grow social media presence, tracking engagement and performance.
  • Job Boards & ROI Management
    • Own all relationships with job boards.
    • Negotiate commercials and manage spend to ensure maximum return on investment.
    • Track performance, analyse data, and report on ROI.
    • Continuously optimise channels based on insights and outcomes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a marketing, digital, or technology-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing platforms, software tools, and digital ecosystems.
  • Experience managing external suppliers or software partners.
  • Hands-on content creation experience, including social media.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Commercial mindset with clear experience managing budgets and ROI.
  • Product ownership or product management experience (formal or informal).
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
