We are seeking an experienced Structural / Steel Frame Engineer to join our growing engineering team, working on large-scale commercial and industrial steel frame projects across the UK. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in the design, coordination, and delivery of complex steel structures for major developments such as logistics hubs, data centres, retail parks, and high-value commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineer large structural steel frames from concept through to construction
- Produce and review detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, fabricators, and site teams to ensure buildability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant UK standards, Eurocodes, and project requirements
- Provide technical support during fabrication and erection phases
- Attend design meetings and contribute to value engineering where appropriate
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
