About the Role

We’re looking for a Buyer to join a dynamic commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced project-driven environment and wants exposure not only to buying, but also to elements of estimating and project support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Purchasing materials for workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects – including packaged items such as:
  • Doors
  • Timber
  • General building materials
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure value, quality and timely delivery
  • Supporting our surveyors by taking on elements of estimating for specific packages, helping to streamline workflows and improve overall turnaround
  • Collaborating with project managers and site teams to keep procurement aligned with project timelines
  • About You

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Have experience as a Buyer within construction, fit-out, or related sectors
    • Understand material procurement cycles, supplier engagement and cost control
    • Are organised, proactive and commercially aware
    • Enjoy being part of a collaborative team
    • Are able to work from our Hatfield office at least 3 days a week
