For Companies I am working with a PLC House Builder based in Essex who are looking to appoint 3 x Assistant Site Managers for new sites in Colchester, Clacton and Braintree.
Responsibilities:
- Managing health and safety
- Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.
- Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.
- Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site
- Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.
Key Attributes:
- Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.
- Fully conversant in NHBC standards.
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
- Experience of site sizes from 100 – 350 units.
On offer is a basic salary of £45,000 – £55,000 plus car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus.
