My client, a leading social housing contractor, are currently seeking several multitraders to come on board for their social housing reactive maintenance contracts.
This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Leicester. These positions are temp 2 perm and you will be provided with your own company van.
Key responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance
The Maintenance may include aspects of the following skills:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- Painting
- Tiling
- Kitchen/bathroom fitting
The Candidate:
- Trade qualification (must have)
- Full UK driver\’s licence is essential
- Clean DBS
- Experience within Property Maintenance
