Role: Carpenter Multi
Location: Croydon & surrounding areas (West London)
Pay and hours: £710 CIS weekly, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Van + fuel card provided.
We’re working with a well-established housing association in West London, managing over 15 active contracts across the capital. Partnered with local councils and main contractors, this organisation is dedicated to maintaining and improving communities through quality housing services.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works on social housing properties.
- Completing maintenance and repair tasks on social housing properties.
- Responding to tenant and property manager requests in a timely manner.
- Delivering high-quality workmanship on all jobs.
- Carrying out inspections and identifying repair needs.
- Collaborating with other maintenance operatives and external contractors.
What we\’re looking for / Qualifications
- Proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance (8 years preferred).
- A proactive, reliable, and high-standard approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- NVQ/City and Guilds qualification (preferred).
