Skilled Careers is recruiting Labourers for immediate starts on active construction sites.
We're looking for hardworking, reliable and switched‑on Labourers who are ready to get stuck in. If you've got a strong work ethic, turn up on time and aren't afraid of a hard day's work, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Supporting tradespeople and site teams with day-to-day tasks.
- Loading, unloading and moving materials around site.
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and free from obstructions.
- Assisting with deliveries and general site duties.
- Following site health and safety procedures.
- Helping keep the project running safely and efficiently.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Previous labouring or construction experience is preferred.
- A valid CSCS card is preferred; requirements depend on the site and role.
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Your own reliable transport or a practical way to get to and from site.
- The right to work in the UK and any site‑specific checks required.
