About the Role:
You’ll support the full bid lifecycle, from early engagement to final submission, working closely with design, commercial, and operational teams. You’ll develop compelling written content, produce clear and attractive layouts, manage bid portals, and help shape winning proposals.
What You’ll Do:
Write, edit, and format bid content
Manage PQQs, tender clarifications & submission requirements
Create CVs, case studies, templates, and layouts
Maintain the bid library and conduct client/market research
Coordinate bid programmes and documentation
About You:
Experience with construction tenders (Education, Residential, Healthcare)
Strong writing, design, and presentation skills
Highly organised, proactive, xiskglj and detail-driven
Experience with single and two-stage procurement
Collaborative communicator with a creative eye
