Join our construction team as a Welfare Labourer and play a vital role in maintaining essential site facilities in Brighton. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer to join our team on a busy construction site in the Brighton area.

Welfare Labourer Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all site welfare facilities (canteens, toilets, offices, drying rooms)
  • Ensuring welfare areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Restocking consumables (toilet rolls, soap, hand towels, etc.)
  • Once welfare duties are completed, assisting site teams with general labouring tasks
  • Supporting trades and helping keep the site clean, safe, and organised
  • Following all site health & safety procedures at all times

Welfare Labourer Requirements:

  • Previous welfare or site labouring experience preferred
  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to get involved with site duties
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Own transport beneficial due to location
