Skilled Careers require a Bricklaying Supervisor — Wanted for a commercial restoration project in Kenilworth Immediate start –Experience and responsibilities– * To oversee and manage the Brickwork & Masonry part of the project * Coordinate and schedule the workforce * Monitor quality control and productivity * Communicate with the main contractor and address any issues * Prepare and submit daily reports * Problem solving skills and attention to detail * Strong knowledge and extensive Bricklaying experience * Good organisation and management skills * Effective communication and leadership abilities * The ability to read detailed plans and drawings * Attending site meetings * SSSTS Qualified * Ensuring workers sign in and out
