Salary: Β£50,000 β Β£65,000 per annum + Benefits

Are you an experienced BMS Projects Engineer with a passion for delivering high-performance building automation systems Weβre hiring for a mobile role across London and the South, working on innovative projects in commercial buildings, healthcare, education, and government sectors.
Youβll be part of a national team of over 50 engineers and technical specialists, delivering full lifecycle BMS projects using Trend, Tridium/Niagara, and Distech technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end BMS project delivery: mobilisation, design, commissioning, and client handover.
Design and configure control strategies and graphical interfaces (head ends).
Conduct site surveys and integrate systems using open protocols: Modbus, BACnet, MBus.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.
Essential Skills & Experience
Niagara Framework Certification β Ideally Niagara Certified or Advanced Certified.
Protocol Integration Expertise β Skilled in Modbus, BACnet, MBus, and other open protocols.
IT & Networking Knowledge β Confident with IP configuration, system connectivity, and network troubleshooting.
Design & Commissioning Experience β Able to develop controller strategies and commission BMS systems.
Leadership & Communication β Strong mentoring skills and ability to build client relationships.
