The business has a strong national presence and a proven track record across complex commercial, mixed-use and high-value refurbishment projects.\\n\\nThis is a long-term contract role, offering stability on a major scheme with a strong delivery team and a structured programme.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nThe Mechanical Supervisor / Engineer will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of mechanical services on site, working closely with the project management team, consultants and specialist subcontractors.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nSupervising mechanical installation works to ensure quality, safety and programme requirements are met\\n\\nCoordinating subcontractors and managing interfaces with other trades\\n\\nReviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions\\n\\nManaging inspections, testing and commissioning activities\\n\\nSupporting progress reporting, short-term planning and problem solving on site\\n\\nEnsuring works comply with relevant standards, regulations and project requirements\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nProven experience supervising or engineering mechanical services on large commercial projects\\n\\nStrong understanding of HVAC and building services systems\\n\\nComfortable working on complex refurbishment schemes in live or constrained environments\\n\\nGood communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams\\n\\nContract Details\\n\\n24-month contract\\n\\nBirmingham city centre\\n\\nImmediate / near-term start available\\n\\nApply now or email (url removed) for more details
