Commercial Manager required for a leading Planned Property Services contractor in the Midlands, delivering social housing refurbishment and maintenance works.

Job Description:

  • Managing commercial performance across Planned Property Services contracts throughout the Midlands region.
  • Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial staff delivering social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects.
  • Overseeing CVRs, cost reporting, forecasting, subcontractor management, and final accounts for Planned Works contracts.
  • Building strong client relationships with Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the Midlands area.
  • Supporting operational teams to ensure Planned Maintenance projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on programme.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within Planned Property Services or Social Housing.
  • Strong knowledge of Planned Maintenance, refurbishment, decarbonisation, and reactive maintenance contracts in the Midlands.
  • Experience managing commercial teams and multiple social housing contracts simultaneously.
  • Degree Qualified, HNC/HND, or equivalent Commercial Management qualification.
  • Excellent contractual, financial reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills within Property Services environments.
