Job Description Bid Manager St Paul’s – City of London Permanent Role Hybrid Flexibility (3 Days on Site/ 2 Days WFH) Core Hours 9:00am-5:30pm Salary – up to £60,000 + Benefits Package Skilled Careers are currently working with a market leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy structural and civil engineering company based in London. They currently require a strong Bid Manager to oversee the end-to-end bid process including producing winning proposals. Key Responsibilities Assist Directors in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Monitors public sector framework sites. Lead on framework and bid submissions. Analyse tender documents to understand the needs of the client. Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met Liaising with other managers to agree bid details Preparing case studies and other reference materials Editing or rewriting previous tenders to reuse relevant material Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document Ensuring that the bid is accurate and delivered on time.
