Associate Recruitment Consultant
In the role of Associate Recruitment Consultant you will work closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant sourcing candidates for client requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
- Actively source candidates using various methods (job boards, database, headhunting, referrals)
- Pre screen and qualify candidates
- Map and understand your market
- Build and maintain strong relationships within your market
- Generate active and passive candidates
