I m currently working with a highly respected structural engineering consultancy in Hertfordshire that is looking to appoint an Associate Director to join its growing leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer who is ready to take on a senior leadership role within a thriving business.

You ll work closely with the Partners, helping to lead an established team, manage key client relationships, oversee project delivery and play a significant part in the continued growth of the office.

The consultancy has an exceptionally strong pipeline of work across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, refurbishment and new build projects.

They are known for delivering high-quality engineering solutions and have built an excellent reputation with both repeat and new clients.

The Role This is a varied position that combines technical excellence with leadership and commercial responsibility.

Responsibilities include: Leading the delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.

Acting as the senior technical lead on complex and high-value schemes, providing guidance and quality assurance across the team.

Managing client relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact for key accounts.

Overseeing project programmes, budgets and fee management to ensure successful project delivery.
