Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: Essex Package: £30,000 – £40,000 car allowance Overview Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor within the New Build/ Residential sector, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business. This is a Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on New Build projects. Duties Alongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on Residential New Build work. Procurement of supply chain and placing orders Assessing and processing supply chain payment Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company. Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time. Requirements Ideally New Build experience but not essential.
