Salary: Up to £40,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career Our client, a well-established Main Contractor specialising in the New Build Residential sector, is seeking a driven individual to join their commercial team.

You’ll initially be working on a New Build Care Home development in East London, which has approximately seven months left to run. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on project experience and play a key role in the successful delivery of the scheme.

The Role:

Assisting the project Quantity Surveyor with day-to-day commercial duties

Preparing and monitoring cost reports, valuations, and variations

Assisting in subcontractor management including procurement, payments, and final accounts

Supporting the commercial team in ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to a high standard
