Assistant Quantity Surveyor This is an opportunity to come in as Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a Developer that already boast a solid, experienced Commercial function. You will be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ideally with a housing background. This role favours an Assistant Surveyor with exposure to working on various frameworks, new-build and the contracting side. This team is set up with a handful of MQS\’s, Snr QS\’s, QS\’s and AQS\’s already within the Commercial set-up. This is a hire as a result of growth within the business and the commercial function. Staff retention is amongst best in UK Developers, for good reason, and they are now looking to add to that. While a successful candidate will be able to come in and add value and hit the ground running, it\’s important to note that this is a business that have every intention of adding value to your career also.
