We are currently recruiting for a Welfare Labourer to work on a busy construction site in Ash, Surrey. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-organised welfare facilities for site personnel.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining site welfare facilities to a high standard
- Cleaning offices, canteens, meeting rooms, drying rooms, and communal areas
- Cleaning toilets, washrooms, and welfare units
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
- Replenishing consumables such as toilet rolls, soap, hand towels, and drinking water supplies
- Keeping site walkways and welfare areas tidy and presentable
- Assisting with general site housekeeping duties as required
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous construction site or cleaning experience preferred
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
