We are looking for Administrators for a permanent position in Hertfordshire to start immediately. Hours: 40h, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (office based) Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 depending on experience The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to a nationwide Construction based Contractor with a vast Social Housing Portfolio. The company have display an excellent path of career progression. The job role: Data input to ensure relevant compliance is adhered to Take inbound calls from Tenants and Engineers Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time Plan work efficiently and effectively. Experience Required: Competent on multiple Outlook platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word) Competent answering phone calls Ability to prioritise the workload effectively and work to deadlines Organised, strong admin skills and excellent attention to detail Previous experience in the Social Housing sector is desirable but not essential Please apply if this role would be of interest
