Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – TEMP TO PERM – SEVENOAKS
Exciting opportunity to work for a reputable FM service provider with buildings situated in the Sevenoaks area.
Currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover a number commercial office contract covering multiple sites in Sevenoaks
This is a Van Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM primarily but also reactive maintenance such as changing light bulbs, emergency lighting, minor plumbing, tap changes and fabric maintenance.
Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and previous commercial maintenance experience.
DBS CHECK REQUIRED
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out basic PPM Reactive maintenance
Emergency lighting maintenance, re lamping, unblocking toilets, tap changes, fabric maintenance, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests.
Ensuring log books are kept up to date Escorting specialist sub contractors
Assisting other engineers
DBS CHECK REQUIRED
Requirements:
18th Edition
Level 3 NVQ electrical installation
Inspection and testing (DESIRED)
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
An understanding of commercial building maintenance
