Are you an experienced Site Administrator with a background in construction or building services We\βre working with a leading M&E contractor based in Oxford who is looking to bring a dedicated Site Administrator on board to support their busy project team on site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected business known for delivering high-spec M&E packages across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial.
Role Overview:
You\βll be based on site and act as a key point of support for the project and site management team. This role requires someone who\βs highly organised, confident working with technical documentation, and experienced in construction site processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining site documentation including drawings, RAMS, permits, and technical submittalls

Tracking deliveries, tools, and materials on site

Processing timesheets, site records, and attendance logs

Supporting health & safety compliance with up-to-date records and documentation

Liaising with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and head office

General site admin support including reports, minutes, and filing
What We\βre Looking For:
