We're working with a top-tier facilities management provider to recruit an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Shift Leader for a prestigious static site in the heart of the City. This is a standout opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile contract, supported by just one Shift Technician while on rota.

The Role:

  • Overseeing all M&E operations during your shift
  • Supervising and mentoring one Shift Technician
  • Managing PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault-finding across building systems
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and site procedures
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Taking ownership of critical systems and escalation protocols

HVAP Training Opportunity: Candidates must have the electrical competency and technical background to be considered for High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP) training. Full training and support will be provided as part of your development.

What You’ll Need:

  • Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)
  • Strong background in building services within commercial or critical environments
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer role
  • Excellent understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols
