We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team working on a key infrastructure project in the vicinity of Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to start on a temporary basis with a clear pathway to a permanent role, where you will be the crucial link between the project and the local community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for residents affected by the infrastructure works, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing timely updates.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) or in community engagement/public relations is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse communities.
