My client is looking for a Repairs Planner/Scheduler for a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients and sub-contractors to schedule appointments for operatives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and customers to ensure great service is provided.
  • Handling general enquiries and administration tasks.
  • Schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs and discuss repairs.

Requirements:

  • You’ll ideally have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
