My client is looking for a Repairs Planner/Scheduler for a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients and sub-contractors to schedule appointments for operatives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers to ensure great service is provided.
- Handling general enquiries and administration tasks.
- Schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs and discuss repairs.
Requirements:
- You’ll ideally have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
