Social Housing Plumber – Oxford
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to carry out maintenance and repairs in occupied and void social housing properties throughout Oxford and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growing team making a real difference in local communities.
Responsibilities:

Conduct plumbing repairs and installations in domestic social housing properties.

Carry out responsive maintenance and planned works.

Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

Complete job sheets and documentation accurately via handheld devices.
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.

Minimum 2 years\’ experience in domestic plumbing.
