We're a well-established regional house builder with a proud reputation for crafting high-quality, individually designed homes across Norfolk and surrounding counties. As our business continues to grow, we're seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our friendly and professional team on a new residential development in Swaffham.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll help deliver high-specification homes on time, on budget, and to our exacting standards. You'll play a key part in daily site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining health and safety compliance, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout every stage of construction.
- Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site supervision and coordination
- Monitoring build progress and maintaining the construction programme
- Ensuring strict standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental control
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and the in-house team
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or in a similar construction role (e.g., ideally with experience in housing or bespoke residential development).
Strong working knowledge of NHBC standards and current building regulations.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.
