The Role:
You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of engineers and subcontractors
- Overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant
- Managing AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, boilers, and HVAC systems
