We are looking for an experience Regional Technical Manager to lead a team across multiple residential led projects.
The Regional Technical Manager will join one of the UKs leading Residential Developers and run the technical department as the Regional Technical manager, managing the team from early stages to completion and hand over of projects, while working alongside the production and commercial teams as well as managing external consultant relations.
The Regional Technical Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all technical aspects of residential developments across a defined UK region for a leading residential developer.
Managing both internal technical teams and external consultants, contractors, and specialist partners, the role ensures the successful delivery of high-quality residential-led projects through planning, design, construction, and completion.
Key responsibilities include overseeing design management, technical compliance, risk mitigation, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement, while driving consistency, innovation, and best practice across multiple developments.
The Regional Technical Manager works closely with Land, Planning, Commercial, Construction, and Sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise within the UK residential development sector, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex housing-led projects at scale.
