Job Description The Role \n A leading social housing refurbishment contractor, currently delivering a large-scale external de-carbonisation and refurbs programme across Gloucester. With a strong track record in improving the quality of social housing, this contractor is committed to delivering safe, healthy, and sustainable homes for local communities, they are now recruiting a Site Manager \n As a Site Manager, you'll be overseeing the delivery of De-Carbs and Refurb works on tenanted properties. Your responsibilities will include: \n \n Assisting with daily site operations and ensuring smooth project delivery \n Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard \n Maintaining strict health & safety compliance on site. \n Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption and clear communication \n Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintaining site records \n Monitoring progress, quality, and ensuring timely completion of works \n \n As a Site Manager you will require: \n \n Black CSCS Card (Gold or White cards may be considered) \n SMSTS Certification \n First Aid at Work \n Asbestos Awareness \n Proven experience in social housing refurbishment, particularly in damp and mould remediation \n Experience working in both void and occupied properties \n Strong communication and organisational skills \n A proactive and hands-on approach with a focus on resident satisfaction and safety \n Access to a Vehicle and Driving \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
