We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Safety Manager to join our team within the Responsive Maintenance division, supporting contracts across London. This role is vital in promoting safe fleet behaviours, improving audit and KPI processes, managing driver awareness, and driving initiatives to reduce risks such as speeding. As Fleet Safety Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of our fleet operations, ensuring our teams remain safe, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fleet operations and manage team queries
- Monitor fleet KPIs and implement improvement actions
- Conduct van inspections and co-ordinate servicing and MOT schedules
- Lead the development and delivery of Toolbox Talks
- Manage and promote driver training and incentive schemes
- Analyse business system data weekly to drive performance improvements
- Lead the implementation of a long-term Fleet Strategy aligned with business goals
- Serve as the primary contact for employees throughout the fleet lifecycle
- Work with suppliers to manage fleet needs efficiently
- Maintain and update fleet policies, rules, and procedures
- Track and report fleet performance against targets, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
