My Client is a well-established Contractor who has an excellent reputation in the local region. They specialise in Schools, Leisure, Healthcare and Commercial builds. The project is a new build education facility and requires a Finishing Manager to support with snagging and de-snagging on classrooms that need to be handed over.
Responsibilities:
- Managing internal packages, ensuring efficient and seamless construction.
- Ensure the quality of works completed on site are to standard/spec.
- Snagging and de-snagging.
- Overseeing contractors and sub-contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Ensuring adherence to building regulations and safety procedures, creating a safe work environment.
- Proactively managing risks, implementing solutions to minimise delays and ensure project success.
- Reporting project progress and key decisions, ensuring transparency.
Requirements:
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
- Background working for a Main Contractor.
