My Client, an award-winning national Housing Developer, is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their busy site in Hastings, East Sussex on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Are you an experienced Finishing Foreman with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines to hand over properties? If so, then this role could be for you.
Project: Timber frame housing development across multiple phases comprising of 1200 units across the whole project. Your role will be to take projects from 1st stage fix to CML and handover completion. You will also be responsible for external aspects of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting into a Site Manager
- Taking units from 1st stage fix ready for CML
- Management and coordination of Labour
- Site safety, which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions for Labour and traffic management
- Updating the Site Manager on progress
- Management and coordination of deliveries
The Successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Relevant qualification in construction management or related field
- CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid
- Recent workplace references
