I am currently recruiting for a fabric/ maintenance technician for Monday to Friday/ 8am-5pm contract is White City.
Previous experience working within a commercial environment would be advantageous.

DRIVERS LICENCE IS REQUIRED – USE OF POOL VAN TO MOVE TOOLS TO SATELITTE SITES ONCE PERMANENT..
To be suitable for this contract you must meet the below criteria:
- Have a minimum of 5 years fabric maintenance experience in a commercial maintenance environment.
- Have a background in general trades ie. painting/ carpentry/ plastering.
- Be able to quote for additional works and effectively liaise with clients.
- Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references from work completed in the past 5 years.
- Have your own safety boots and basic hand tools.
My client are one of the largest facilities providers in the UK and the successful fabric engineer will be based at a commercial building in White City.
The shift and working hours are 8am-5pm with overtime available.
Your duties will include but not be limited to general maintenance, changing lights, basic plumbing, flushing, making good, changing door locks, painting, cleaning plant rooms, assisting M&E engineers etc.
My client are looking for a client facing fabric engineer with a good attitude to work and advanced knowledge of general maintenance/ building services.
